- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards 7bete staff or other players via any communication channel, including customer support chat, email, or social media.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
7bete reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete satisfactory identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct, pending investigation.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party on their behalf.
- Death of the account holder, upon notification by a legal representative.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld by 7bete pending the outcome of any investigation.
